Bios:
Amanda Jarvis is the Acting Executive Director and Chief of Staff of Build A Pro Foundation, where she leads organizational strategy, employer partnerships, and the development of apprenticeship and workforce initiatives. She works closely with employers, education partners, and community organizations to expand access to Registered Apprenticeships and create practical pathways into stable employment. Amanda holds two master’s degrees in psychology, with concentrations in counseling and organizational psychology. She previously served with Lead for America (2021–2023), where she worked with local employers, agencies, and community partners on housing initiatives that helped advance more than 1,000 new residential units and reinvestment programs supporting existing housing. She is a graduate of Leadership Salina (2025) and focuses her work on building sustainable workforce systems that connect people to meaningful work while helping employers meet real workforce needs.
Ashley “Ash” Jarvis serves as Board Chair of Build A Pro Foundation and Director of Divisions, with lead responsibility for the Lazarus Project and Lazarus House. He provides strategic oversight across program areas while directly guiding the organization’s second-chance and recovery-focused initiatives. Ash oversees division operations, participant structure, and accountability systems that support individuals overcoming incarceration, homelessness, addiction, or instability. He helps ensure Lazarus House operates as a values-based, peer-supported residential environment aligned with workforce readiness and long-term stability. As Board Chair, Ash works closely with executive leadership to maintain strong governance, operational clarity, and mission alignment as Build A Pro grows.
