Lawton Nuss Speaking Event

Lawton Nuss, retired Chief Justice of the Kansas Supreme Court will speak about the proposed Kansas constitutional amendment to elect justices by popular vote. This amendment proposal will be on the August 4th primary election ballot. He will be sharing why it is important to vote no. The forum, open to the public will be in the second-floor meeting room at the Event Center. The room is accessible by elevator. Appearing with Justice Nuss will be Logan Stenseng, Civic Engagement Coordinator with Kansas Appleseed Center for Law and Justice.
