Diabetes Classes - September Session 1

Join us September 11 and September 25th for a fun and interactive way to learn more about your diabetes!

Requirements for class:

1. Must be a patient at Salina Family Healthcare Center.

2. Be responsible for any copays for in-person class and be willing to answer 2 phone calls from diabetes educators.

3. Must be willing to commit to both sessions of class.
