Bobcat of Salina Partners with Salina Shares for Holiday Toy and Essentials Drive

In the spirit of the holiday season, Bobcat of Salina has partnered with Salina Shares to host a community toy and essentials drive aimed at supporting families in Salina and Saline County. The drive, which runs now through December 20, encourages donations of toys for all ages and basic necessity items to help brighten the holidays for those in need.

Participants can drop off donations at Bobcat of Salina, located at 721 W. Diamond Drive, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The collection drive has a unique twist: donations will be placed in a skid-steer bucket, symbolizing the effort to “fill the bucket” with generosity and care for the local community.

"This is a time of giving, and we want to give back to the community that has supported us," a representative from Bobcat of Salina shared. "Whether it’s toys for children or basic necessities, every item makes a difference."

Salina Shares, a local nonprofit, works year-round to assist individuals and families in need. By partnering with Bobcat of Salina, the organization aims to extend its reach during the holiday season, ensuring that no family feels left behind.
