Choose Health: Food, Fun and Fitness With K-State Research and Extension

The Choose Health: Food, Fun and Fitness (CHFFF) class teaches healthy behaviors related to food and physical activity. Kids will come and learn tips for making healthy choices and then b able to go home and teach their families! Each class includes nutrition education, fun activities and a recipe demo and taste test. This is a 6 week class and signing up for the 1st class enrolls you into the following five courses.

Registration is required and opens a week prior to the event. This is held in the Prescott Room.
