The Salina Chapter of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) Association meeting. The noon luncheon is at 12:30 PM. The program follows: The Interstate Highway project by Meredith Sleighter, Eisenhower Foundation. Also discussion of the chapter hosting the state conference April 28-29 at the Hilton Garden Inn.
