Sound Journey with Veazey

Using meditative guidance and the captivating sounds of a variety of instruments, Veazey, Denise & Fay meet you with a translation of the moment’s energetic frequency and usher in a shift to fully trust the movement and experiences arising in yourself and in your life.

This is a meditation with a short breathing practice at the beginning and a deep relaxation at the end. You are welcome to sit, recline, lay down or move as you wish during the session. A yoga mat (some will be provided) and a blanket are the recommended props.

For this session, the trio will lead you through a meditation revolving around ‘Trust’.
