2026 MLK Citywide Celebration - Freedom Reborn

This year’s Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration will be a musical presentation featuring the Salina Symphony Youth Choir, Coro Juvenil Sagrado Corazón, and the Xcel Ensemble! The program and theme, "Freedom Reborn," symbolize a “passing of the torch,” to the next generation of civil leaders, as we commemorate the resilience and principles for which Dr. King lived and died.
