Pavement Crack Sealing Work Scheduled for Multiple Salina Streets November 3-7

Circle C Paving & Construction of Goddard, Kansas will conduct pavement crack sealing work on several Salina streets from Monday, November 3, through Friday, November 7, weather permitting.


The following streets are scheduled for crack sealing:

• Santa Fe from Mulberry to Crawford

• Oakdale Dr

• 3rd from Prescott to Crawford

• Gypsum from Ohio to Wisconsin

• Connecticut from Iron to Gypsum

• Berkshire from Indian Rock to Westchester

• Westchester Dr

• Pacific from 9th to Santa Fe


Work will take place between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Access to properties within work zones will be maintained at all times. "Road Work Ahead" signs will be placed in advance of work zones, and temporary single-lane closures are expected. Motorists are asked to proceed with caution when approaching work zones for crew safety.


The annual crack and joint sealing program is a cost-effective preventive maintenance component of the City of Salina's street repair program. The Department of Public Works strives to seal each asphalt street in Salina at least every seven years.

This work is part of the City of Salina's 2025 Crack Seal annual maintenance project, which began in February and is fully funded at a total cost of $486,000.
