Salina Man Charged After Public Indecency Report
On Friday, January 16, officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of S. Broadway in reference to a report of a nude male in the parking lot of a small apartment complex.
A witness reported observing a male climb out of an apartment window in a full state of undress and then walk around the exterior of the building.
Upon arrival, officers observed a male matching the description in the reported state of undress. The individual was taken into custody and transported to a local emergency room for evaluation.
While at the hospital, the male was issued a Notice to Appear (NTA) and was released to hospital staff for a mental health evaluation.
The individual was identified as Michael J. Breit, 67, of Salina. He was arrested and charged via NTA.
Breit was previously arrested in 2019 for lewd behavior when he was reportedly seen on the rooftop of a Santa Fe business nude and masturbating.
All suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
