Ladies Night Set for February 6 at Salina Family YMCA
The Salina Family YMCA is inviting women across the community to enjoy an evening of fun, fitness, and connection during Ladies Night on Friday, February 6, from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m.
The event will feature dinner, a variety of group exercise classes, and prize giveaways, offering a relaxed and energetic way to unwind, try something new, and spend time with friends. Ladies Night is open to both YMCA members and non-members, and no prior experience with YMCA programs is required.
“Our goal is to create a fun, encouraging space where women can move, laugh, and connect,” said Stacy Serrault, Group Exercise Coordinator at the Salina Family YMCA. “It’s a great way to experience the Y and enjoy a night that’s all about feeling good.”
Cost to attend is $10 for YMCA members and $20 for non-members. Space is limited, and advance registration is encouraged.
