Quick side note: Barolo just wrapped up Valentine’s Weekend 2026 and said they were completely booked out, open-to-close. In five years of being open, they said they’ve never seen their reservation book totally blacked out for an entire day like that. Lots of familiar faces, plenty of first-timers, and they said the whole weekend hit that sweet spot: food, ambiance, service, and live music all working together.

Translation: the cocktail gets you in the door, and the rest of the place makes you stay.
