Breaking: Police Respond to Report of Possible Explosive Device at Indian Rock Park


Law enforcement responded Sunday evening to Indian Rock Park in Salina after what was described as a small device believed to possibly be an explosive was located in the park, according to information provided directly by the Salina Police Department.

Authorities said the Riley County Explosive Ordnance Disposal unit responded to assess the situation.

Additional details were not immediately available Sunday night. Police indicated more information is expected to be released in the morning.
