Saline County Seeks Volunteers for Social Services Funding Committee
Saline County is seeking community members to serve on a new Social Services Funding Advisory Committee that will help determine how hundreds of thousands of dollars are distributed to local nonprofit agencies.
Committee Responsibilities
The advisory committee will review funding proposals from nonprofit organizations and make recommendations to the County Commission based on:
Time Commitment
Committee members must be available between May 22nd and June 12th. Availability during the week of June 1st is essential, as nonprofit agencies will present their proposals to the committee during that time.
