Saline County Sheriff's Office to Host Drug Take Back Event April 25

The Saline County Sheriff's Office will participate in National Drug Take Back Day on April 25, staffing three collection locations across Salina where residents can dispose of unwanted or expired medications.

Deputies will be stationed at Dillons at 1235 E. Cloud St., Walmart at 2900 S. 9th St., and Salina Regional Health Center at 400 S. Santa Fe Ave.

National Drug Take Back Day is a federally coordinated event held twice a year that provides the public with designated drop-off sites for safe disposal of prescription and over-the-counter drugs.
