The Salina-area real estate market saw continued movement with three recent property closings involving homes in Salina and the surrounding rural market.

The closings included two Salina properties and one Bennington-area property, showing activity across both in-town residential neighborhoods and nearby rural communities.

The first closing was for 1409 S. Santa Fe in Salina, a property located along one of the city’s main north-south corridors. Cindy Long of Millwood Realty served as both the listing agent and selling agent on the transaction.

Another Salina closing took place at 1213 Stack Ave. That property was listed by Kristi Copas and sold by Christina Simpson and Josie McNelly.

The third closing was for a property on N. 170th Road in Bennington, north of Salina. The property was listed by Jerry Short and Jessica McMillin with Salina Homes and sold by Shawna Nunez of Millwood Realty.
