Barolo Grille’s Sushi Roll of the Month is not easing quietly onto the menu.

The Sunset Crunch Roll comes in loud, layered, and built for the spotlight: shrimp tempura, cucumber, and jalapeño, topped with white king crab, salmon, avocado, sweet chili aioli, sriracha, and tempura flakes.

It starts with crunch. Then comes the heat. Then the rich finish of crab, salmon, and avocado. By the time the sweet chili aioli and sriracha hit, the roll has gone from dinner special to full-on headliner.
