Theatre Salina Plans New Dance and Performance Studios by Fall 2027

Theatre Salina has announced plans to build new studio facilities at its Salina, KS location, with an expected completion date in fall 2027. The project will include two dance studios, a vocal performance studio, and a private studio, among other spaces.

According to the organization, the new studios will feature sprung floors, contemporary lighting, and natural light, along with increased floor space compared to current facilities. The sprung floors are designed to reduce injury risk for dance students.

TheatreSalina indicated that its fundraising campaign is approaching its goal but has not yet reached the total amount needed for the project.
