Jeanette J Phillips

Jeanette J Phillips, 89, of Abilene, formerly of Salina, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2026, at Village Manor in Abilene. She was born in Salina, to Glenn and Margaret (Levin) Goodall on March 23, 1937. She attended Salina High School and graduated in 1955. She married Donald A. Phillips on June 8, 1957, at First Baptist Church in Salina.

Left to mourn her passing is her loving husband of 68 years, Donald A. Phillips, of the home; children, Mark Phillips (Amy), of Sparks, Nevada, Jody Markley (Doug), of Abilene, and Steve Phillips (Glenna), of Salina; grandchildren, Grant Phillips (Julie), of Sparks, Nevada, Grace Phillips, of Lexington Park, Maryland, Blake Phillips, of Sparks, Nevada, Casey Markley (Ashley), of Basehor, Kansas, Jennifer Markley (Deron), of Abilene, Levi Markley (Alannis), of Abilene, and Morgan Phillips (Duke), of Salina; great grandchildren, Walker Phillips, of Sparks, Nevada, Carter, Madison, Bryson, and Lincoln Markley, all of Basehor, Kansas, Teigan Markley (Sydney), Gemma Horan, Mack Markley, Krue Markley, all of Abilene, and Willow Phillips, of Salina.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday, June 5, 2026, at Roselawn Heights Memorial Chapel, 1920 East Crawford Street, Salina, Kansas 67401. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery.
