23-Year-Old Man Dies After Being Found Unresponsive in Pool at North Salina Party
A 23-year-old man died after being found unresponsive in a pool during a party in north Salina, according to information provided to Salina311 by the Salina Police Department.
Police said officers responded to a residence in north Salina at approximately 2:30 a.m. on June 7 for a medical emergency.
“It was determined a 23-year-old male was found unresponsive in a pool during a pool party,” the Salina Police Department told Salina311.
Medics transported the man to the hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
“An autopsy is being conducted and results are pending,” police said.
Police said alcohol is believed to be a factor in the incident.
“At this time, no charges are being requested for this incident,” police said.
The man’s name was not released in the information provided to Salina311.
