BREAKING: Salina City Commission Sets Special Study Session on Water Quality Concerns

The Salina City Commission will hold a special study session next week to discuss water quality concerns.

The meeting is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2026, in Room 107 of the City/County Building, located at 300 W. Ash Street.

According to the notice, city commissioners will convene specifically to discuss water quality concerns.

The special study session comes as residents have raised questions about water discoloration and overall water quality in parts of Salina.
