Salina Landfill Reports Over 5,000 Tons of Storm Debris Received
Salina Landfill Superintendent Tilden Crable has provided an update on the volume of tree limbs brought to the facility following a damaging storm that struck the area in June. According to Crable, more than 5,000 tons of limbs have been received at the landfill to date.
Crable also outlined the limb dumping process at the landfill for both residents and commercial businesses. The city landfill has been managing the influx of storm debris as cleanup efforts continue across Salina.
