Salina Boards Approve Panda Express Plan, Downtown Building Modifications
Several Salina city boards took action in late June and early July, according to a city update.
The Downtown Design Review Board met June 25 and approved exterior modifications to the building at 244 South Santa Fe Avenue.
The Planning Commission met July 7 and approved the final site development plan for a new Panda Express restaurant at 2755 Marketplace.
The Law Enforcement Citizen Review Board met July 1 and reviewed two complaints against officers. The board voted that the preliminary administrative determination of the status of the complaints is supported by substantial competent evidence.
Separately, the City Commission is expected to consider approval of the final plat of the Salina Family Addition at the northwest corner of Ohio Street and Edison Place at its July 13 meeting.
