Salina City Commission Calls Special Meeting on Cozy Inn Legal Case

The Salina City Commission has scheduled a special meeting for Wednesday, July 15th, at 9:00 a.m. in Room 107 of the City-County Building.

Following roll call, commissioners are expected to recess into executive session to consult with special legal counsel regarding the Cozy Inn vs. City of Salina case. The closed session is authorized under provisions allowing confidential attorney-client consultation.

The commission will reconvene in open session after the executive session concludes. According to the meeting notice, official action may be taken at that time.
