Skaggs Pleads Guilty After Charges Amended in Saline County Case

Brandon Michael Skaggs has pleaded guilty to three misdemeanor endangerment counts after prosecutors amended a Saline County criminal case that was originally filed in April.

The case, SA-2026-CR-000214, was filed April 3 in Saline County District Court. The original court record listed charges of aggravated criminal threat and criminal trespass connected to an alleged April 2 incident.

New court entries show prosecutors filed an amended complaint/information on July 14. The amended record now lists three counts of endangerment; recklessly exposing another person to danger of great bodily harm or death.

Court records show Skaggs entered guilty pleas on July 14 to all three endangerment counts. The disposition for each count is also listed as guilty plea.

The court record also shows adult court services supervision was ordered the same day.

Salina311 previously reported on the case when it was first filed. This update reflects the amended charges and guilty plea entries now listed in Kansas District Court records.
