Water Well Road Closed for Drainage Construction in Saline County

Saline County has announced the closure of Water Well Road between Powers Road and Link Road for the construction of a new drainage structure. The closure is expected to last approximately 1.5 to 2 months.

Local and emergency traffic will continue to have access to private properties within the closed section of the road at all times, though access will be limited to the side of the closure on which each property is located.

County officials reminded motorists that driving around road closure barricades is unlawful and poses serious safety risks to both drivers and construction workers. Travelers are advised to obey all posted traffic signs in the area.
