BREAKING: More Than 8,000 Without Power Across Salina After Storm
More than 8,000 customers are without power across Salina Thursday evening after a storm packing high winds moved through the area.
The outages began following the storm’s passage, with widespread power disruptions being reported across the city.
Salina311 is working to confirm the extent of any storm damage and whether downed trees, power lines or other infrastructure have been affected.
Residents should stay away from any downed or damaged power lines and treat intersections without working traffic signals as four-way stops.
As of this update, a restoration timeline has not been confirmed.
