Big Shoes, Small Plates: Barolo Grille Needs a New Line Cook

One of Barolo Grille’s kitchen crew is packing up and moving on, and downtown Salina’s favorite small-plates spot needs someone to step in. They’re looking for a line cook / small plates chef who can actually cook and not be a jerk about it.

Kitchen experience matters. Being kind and easy to work with matters just as much. This is not a yelling-and-ego kitchen. They collaborate, they help each other, and they actually like what they do.
