Family Searching for Two Dogs Missing From North Salina, Offers Reward
A Salina family is asking for the public's help finding two dogs, Ollie and Baylee, who have been missing since Saturday night.
The dogs were last seen on the north end of Salina. According to the family, only one person has reported seeing them since.
The family says they have searched day and night for two days, on foot and by car, across Salina. They have posted fliers within a 100-mile radius and contacted veterinarians and area shelters. They have also put blankets outside both doors of their home and left the back gate open in case the dogs find their way back on their own.
The family believes someone may have taken the dogs. They are offering a reward to anyone who helps bring Ollie and Baylee home.
Kansas law treats dogs as property, and keeping an animal that belongs to someone else is illegal. The family asks anyone who has seen the dogs to share the information and keep watching for them.
