The Salina City Commission on October 12 voted 5-0 to approve Ordinance No. 26-11301, rezoning the former credit union building at 605 S. Ohio Street from a planned development district to PC-1 planned commercial restricted business zoning.
The vote also approved a requested variation and a site development plan, subject to five conditions recommended by the Planning Commission, to allow the building to be remodeled as an ophthalmology clinic. City staff said the ordinance takes effect on publication.
