Saline County warns of scammers calling families of people in custody

The 28th Judicial District Pretrial Services said it has received reports of scammers calling family members of people who are incarcerated.

Pretrial Services said it contacts family members only when the person in custody provides their information, and only to verify information. The office said it will not ask for payment in any form.
