One Injured in Saline County Crash Late Saturday

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported an injury crash in Saline County at 11:52 p.m. Saturday.

The crash was reported at the Schilling on-ramp to southbound I-135.

A 2011 Nissan Juke was westbound on Schilling Road, turning south onto I-135. The driver turned too short, drove over a cement barrier and struck a cement culvert.

Jaden L. Herwig, 23, of Salina, Kansas, the driver of the Juke, was listed with no apparent injury.

Tabatha D. Kirchner, 25, of Lindsborg, Kansas, a passenger in the Juke, was listed with a suspected minor injury and was taken to Salina Regional Health Center.
