Strings, Sushi and a Night Out: Barolo Grille Brings Live Guitar Downtown Oct. 28–30
Looking for a reason to skip the midweek leftovers? Barolo Grille in downtown Salina is serving up live music alongside dinner for three nights, Wednesday, Oct. 28, through Friday, Oct. 30.
Classical guitarist Howard Glanton will provide the soundtrack, so expect nylon strings and a relaxed vibe with your evening.
Barolo Grille, at 112 S. Santa Fe Ave., describes itself as a French, sushi and Italian restaurant. That's a menu where you can start with a sushi roll and wind up somewhere in Italy. It opened in 2019.
The early birds get a perk: happy hour runs from 3 to 6 p.m. the days the restaurant is open. On Wednesday and Thursday the kitchen stays open until 9 p.m., and on Friday until 10 p.m.
This is the second live-music run at Barolo Grille this fall. Paul Austin played jazz there Sept. 21, 22 and 24.
Barolo Grille takes reservations through its website or at 785-833-2272. Booking ahead is a good idea if you want a table near the music.
