Salina Planning Commission to consider 17-lot Evergreen Addition plat

The Salina Planning Commission will meet at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3.

The commission will hold a public hearing on Application #PP26-006, filed by Matt Rowe on behalf of Brian Richardson, requesting approval of a preliminary plat of the Evergreen Addition, a replat of a portion of the Cedar Ridge Addition into 17 lots for future single-family residential development.

The 12.09-acre tract is on the south side of Cedar Ridge Drive, east of Marymount Road, and is zoned R (Single-Family Residential). It is legally described as all of Block 2 and Lots 10-18 of Block 3 of the Cedar Ridge Addition.
