The Salina Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 4, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. to consider Application #CU25-4. Filed by Charles Renz with JGR Architects, the application requests approval of a Conditional Use Permit to convert the former Abner's Autos/Quilting Station into a ground floor accessory apartment for The Garage Automotive Museum in the C-4 (Central Business) district. The property is located at 108 S. 4th Street (previously 212 E. Iron Avenue). The hearing will take place in Room 107 of the City-County Building at 300 West Ash Street.
