Salina Public Library Celebrates TeenTober with Diverse Activities
The Salina Public Library is participating in TeenTober, a nationwide celebration highlighting how libraries support teens in learning new skills, fostering creativity, and connecting with their communities.
Several events are scheduled throughout the month including:
Volunteer Drop-In
Tuesday, October 21 | 3–5 p.m.
Earn volunteer hours while helping with programs, creating displays, and more! Drop in for at least 30 minutes and make a difference.

Thursday, October 23 | 4–5 p.m.
Learn coding through fun tutorials and real-world projects with Fiero Code! Bring your own device or use one of ours.
Ages 8–15 | Registration required
Pokémon Club

Learn how to play, trade cards, spot fakes, and meet other Pokémon fans!

Reel Film Fans: Labyrinth
Salina Art Center Cinema
Thursday, October 23 | 6–8 p.m.
Join us for a screening and discussion of Labyrinth (PG) starring Jennifer Connelly and David Bowie! Open to all with a library card. New cards can be issued at the event.
