Salina Public Library Launches Giving Tuesday Campaign with $100,000 Matching Challenge

Salina Public Library has announced its participation in Giving Tuesday on December 2, a global day dedicated to charitable giving.

The library is currently accepting early donations as part of a $100,000 matching challenge, where each contribution will be doubled. Funds raised will support the creation of newly reimagined spaces throughout the facility.

Planned improvements include a new Youth Programming Room for learning and creativity, a private Nursing Room, a vibrant Teen Room, a Family Bathroom, a Community Meeting Room, and an Early Literacy Play Area for young children.

Community members interested in contributing to the library's renovation efforts can donate ahead of the official Giving Tuesday date.
