Salina's Average Rent Falls for Third Straight Month

Salina's average monthly rent eased to $1,094 in the March 18 data, marking a third straight month of slippage from January's $1,122 reading.

Rates are now $68 cheaper than they were at the start of the year and $76 above the low point captured last October.

The week average dipped to $1,082, down almost 4% from the prior week's mix, and March is running 1.6% lower than February. I
