Free Volunteer Chainsaw Teams Available Across Saline County Following Storm Damage
SALINE COUNTY, Kan. — Residents across Saline County who need help clearing storm-damaged trees and large limbs can request assistance from volunteer chainsaw teams now working throughout the area.
According to Saline County Emergency Management, volunteer crews are already on the ground, with additional teams expected to arrive through the weekend to assist with cleanup efforts following this week's severe storms.
The service is being provided free of charge and is available to all Saline County residents, including those living in Salina, Assaria, Brookville, Gypsum, New Cambria, and Smolan, as well as residents in unincorporated areas of the county.
