Moreover, Bella had begun to explore her innate passion to help others this summer. Bella attended L.A.W (Leaders, Achievers, Winners) Camp which was hosted by Sedgwick County Law enforcement agencies wherein a certificate of achievement was presented to her. Isabella dreamed of being elected Sheriff and furthering her faith through religious studies in Rome, Italy.
When Bella wasn't actively echándole ganas, you could find her watching her favorite movies such as Home Alone 2, playing outside with family and friends, stargazing, and enjoying her favorite foods with Blue Heat Takis being a notable mention.
Today, Bella enjoys the holy embrace of her Catholic faith as she now revels in the Lord's Light. Bella was baptized at Sacred Heart Cathedral as an infant with Alma Esparza and Thomas Martinez named Godparents. She renewed this sacrament in April 2024 when she completed her first communion at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Formalities aside, Bella considers herself Jesus Christ's #1 fan. A sentiment she continues to carry into the next step of her life.

Malcolm Arthur Kieborz
July 1, 1938 - July 11, 2026

Malcolm Arthur Kieborz, 88, of Salina, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2026. He was born in Litchfield, Nebraska, on July 1, 1938, to Arthur and Margaret Kieborz. Malcolm was a man whose life was defined by hard work, service, creativity, and kindness. From 1957-1961, he proudly served his country in the United States Army, a chapter of his life that remained a source of great pride. He later became an active member of the Valley Color Guard, where he formed lifelong friends while honoring America’s veterans.
Malcolm worked construction up until the late 60’s early 70’s when he took the role of Manager at a local gas station. One of his favorite stories was having the opportunity to pump gas for the legendary Nebraska Cornhuskers football coach, Tom Osborne- a memory he proudly shared throughout the years. During those years he also belonged to the REACT club, (which stands for Radio Emergency Associated Communication Teams, was a national network of civilian volunteers who used Citizens Band (CB) radios to monitor emergencies assist motorists and help local authorities during disasters) but as far as we were concerned, they were storm chasers.
In the late 1970s, Malcolm moved his family to Broken Bow, Nebraska, to be closer to his parents. There he successfully owned and operated his own construction company until 1986. The family later relocated to the Omaha area, where Malcolm joined Valley Corporation. During his years there, he built not only a successful career but also a lasting friendship with the company’s owner Roger (Bonnie) Bevington, a relationship he deeply valued until his retirement. More than any accomplishment, his greatest pride was his family. He was a loving husband, devoted father, caring brother, and an extraordinary grandfather. His love was steadfast, his guidance unwavering, and his presence a blessing to all who knew him. He leaved behind a legacy of laughter, compassion, hard work, and unconditional love that will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
Malcolm could best be described in five words: funny, kind, talented, curious, and adventurous. He had a remarkable gift for making people laugh and never missed an opportunity to brighten someone’s day.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Janice; his parents, Arthur and Margaret; and sister, Phyllis.
He is survived by his sister, Carolyn Jensen; sister in law, Jo Ellen Carlos; children, Tracy Hensley, Dan (Jennifer) Kieborz; grandchildren, Michael Hensley, Ryan Hensley, Kelsey Kieborz, Kyle Kieborz, and Kaitlyn Kieborz; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Charlotte, and Leighton; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday, July 16, at Reichmuth Funeral Home, Elkhorn.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Friday, July 17, at St. Gerald’s Catholic Church in Ralston. Burial will be later that afternoon in Litchfield Cemetery, Litchfield, Nebraska.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate caregivers of Interim Healthcare of Salina and the dedicated staff at Reflections Retirement Resort in Salina for their exceptional care, kindness, and comfort they provided Malcolm during his stay there.
Memorials may be made to the VFW Post #1432 in Salina, 1108 West Crawford Street, Salina, Kansas 67401.
