Saline County Sheriff, Salina Police to Host Citizens Academy This Fall

The Saline County Sheriff's Office and the Salina Police Department are accepting applications for a Basic Citizens Academy set to begin September 2 in Salina, Kansas.

The academy will meet every Wednesday evening from September 2 through November 10. The program is designed to educate residents about local law enforcement operations.

Applications are being accepted now through August 21. Interested residents can apply online through the Saline County government website.
