Salina Family YMCA Launches Adult Drop-In Sports Series This Fall
The Salina Family YMCA is giving area adults more opportunities to stay active, meet new people and enjoy some friendly competition with a new Adult Drop-In Sports series this fall.
The coed recreational programs are open to participants of all skill levels and are designed for adults who want to play without the commitment of joining a league.
“Our goal is to provide opportunities for adults to stay active and have fun in a relaxed setting,” said Jessica Biegert, Salina Family YMCA Sports Director. “These drop-in sports are a great way to meet new people, get some exercise, and enjoy the social side of sports.”
