West Magnolia Road closes overnight for paving from Virginia Drive to Centennial Road

West Magnolia Road will close for paving starting at 10 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, between Virginia Drive and Centennial Road as part of the West Magnolia Road Phase I Project, according to a City of Salina notice issued Nov. 4.
Access to Virginia Drive will remain open, the city said. Westbound traffic from Ninth Street will need to use an alternate route.
The road is expected to reopen after 8 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 5.
The city issued a separate notice Oct. 27 about an earlier closure on the same project that began at 3 a.m. Oct. 28.
