The Business Improvement District Design Review Board will consider Application #CC26-019, filed by Tom Pestinger, which requests approval of a Certificate of Compatibility to allow the demolition of two buildings, two building slabs, and a brick wall that runs along the west side of the property next to the alley.
The property at 218 South 4th Street is zoned C-4 (Central Business District) and sits within Salina Business Improvement District No. 1. It is on the west side of South 4th Street between Walnut Street and Mulberry Street.
The board is scheduled to take up the item at its meeting on Nov. 12 at 4 p.m.
