Downtown design review board to consider new black awning covering at 100 North Santa Fe Avenue

The Business Improvement District Design Review Board will consider Application #CC26-020, filed by Dagney Stromberg on behalf of All In One Enterprises LLC, which requests a Certificate of Compatibility to replace the green fabric covering on the awning at the building's southwest corner with a black fabric covering and associated signage.

The property at 100 North Santa Fe Avenue is at the northeast corner of Iron Avenue and Santa Fe Avenue. It is zoned C-4 (Central Business District) and lies within Salina Business Improvement District No. 1, where a Certificate of Compatibility is required under Section 2-207 of the Salina Code of Ordinances.

The board is scheduled to take up the item at its meeting on Nov. 12 at 4 p.m.
