Saline County to consider three-year Hutton agreement for Expo Center planning

The Saline County Commission will consider a three-year consulting and project-management agreement with Hutton Corporation for the Livestock & Expo Center at its Tuesday, Nov. 10, meeting at 9 a.m. at 300 W. Ash in Salina.

The agreement would establish hourly rates for consulting, planning and project management as the county evaluates the facility's future. Individual service orders would separately authorize specific assignments, scopes and costs.

Approving the agreement would not commit the county to a particular project or expenditure. Staff recommend approval, with future costs tied to separately approved work.
